UK Delivery

All orders over £50 qualify for free postage and packing within the UK.

Orders below that amount will be charged as follows:

£1.00 P&P on orders up to £10

£2.00 P&P on orders up to £20

£3.00 P&P on orders up to £30

£3.50 P&P on orders up to £40

£4.00 P&P on orders up to £50

All items will be dispatched within 3 working days of ordering.

For bespoke orders, please allow 5 working days.

Overseas Delivery

Please get in contact via info@hootchiemama to discuss shipping if you wish to purchase anything to be sent overseas.

Returns Policy

If any item does not live up to its description, please contact us in the first instance within 14 days and we will be happy to accept returns provided the item is returned in the same way and in the same condition as it was delivered.
