A beautiful shabby chic hanging heart made up from Michael Miller's Gnoming About fabric featuring some of the fantastic gnomes.

Each heart is stuffed with polyester filling and has red ribbon attached from the inside to hang your gnomes. They are stitched around the outside so the hearts will fray slightly with age giving them the shabby chic look we all love.

Please note that all hearts are made up to order and may not be the exact ones shown here, but will always feature super cute gnomes.
